Product Management

This screen displays a list of registered products and is designed to easily find and manage desired products through search, filtering, and sorting functions. It also provides functionality to register new products.

Main Items and Features:

  • [Search Input Field]: A field where you can search by product name, code, etc. Enter a search term and click the magnifying glass icon or press Enter to display a list of products containing that search term.
  • All Managers: A dropdown menu that allows filtering by the administrator who registered the product. You can view products from all administrators or only products registered by a specific administrator.
  • All Categories: A dropdown menu that allows filtering by product category. You can view products from all categories or only products belonging to a specific category.
  • Creative Order: A dropdown menu that allows sorting the product list by specific criteria (e.g., registration date, modification date, etc.).
  • All Status: A dropdown menu that allows filtering by product status (e.g., active, inactive, sales discontinued, etc.).

3. Product List:

  • Information about registered products is displayed in table format. Each column represents the following information:
    • Icon: An icon or image representing the product.
    • Name: The product name.
    • Code: The product code or unique identifier.
    • Price: The product price.
    • Discount: The product discount rate or discount amount.
    • Bonus: Bonuses provided when purchasing the product (points, coupons, etc.).
    • Maximum Sales: The maximum sales quantity limit for the product.
    • User Limit: The maximum quantity limit that can be purchased per user.
    • Daily Purchased Unit: The quantity sold during the day. Currently displayed as "Unlimited" for all products, which may mean sales information is displayed limitedly or hasn't been sold yet.
    • Status: Indicates the current status of the product.
    • Created At: The date and time when the product was registered.
    • Sale Period: The product sales period. Currently displayed as "Unlimited" for all products, indicating there is no sales period restriction.
    • Timezone: The reference timezone for product-related time information.

Product Management Methods:

  • Product Search: Enter search terms in the search field and search.
  • Product Filtering: Use the "All Managers", "All Categories", "All Status" dropdown menus to view only products meeting desired conditions.
  • Product List Sorting: Use the "Creative Order" dropdown menu to sort the product list according to specific criteria.
  • Product Detail Information Check and Modification: Click the settings icon in the "Actions" column of each product list to check and modify product detail information (navigate to product modification page).
  • Product Status Change: Check status information in the "Status" column and options to change status may be provided if necessary (e.g., Active → Inactive).
  • New Product Registration: Click the "+ Add Product" button at the top to register a new product.

Precautions:

  • Product codes and other unique identifiers should be managed carefully.
  • Information such as product prices, discount rates, and sales quantity limits should be set accurately.
  • Product status should be managed appropriately to keep sales availability up to date.

Adding Products

Basic Information:

  • Icon: An area for registering an icon or image representing the product.
    • You can drag and drop an image in the "Drag and drop an image or click to upload" area or click to select and upload a file.
    • There may be supported image formats and recommended sizes.
  • Select Game: A dropdown menu to select which game the product belongs to.
  • Status: A dropdown menu to set the initial status of the product. You can select "Active" or "Inactive". It's common to set it to "Active" status by default.
  • Product Name: A text field to enter the name of the product to be registered. You should write a name that clearly describes the product.
  • Product Code: A text field to enter a unique code to identify the product. It can be automatically generated by the system or entered directly by the administrator. It's important to use non-duplicate codes.
  • Product Description: A text area to enter detailed descriptions about the product. It's good to write detailed information about the product's features, functions, and benefits to help buyers understand.
  • Language: A dropdown menu to select the default language in which product information will be provided.
  • Price: A numeric field to enter the selling price of the product.
  • Currency: A dropdown menu to select the currency unit to be used.
  • Discount Rate (%): A numeric field to enter the discount rate to be applied to the product as a percentage (e.g., entering 10 means 10% discount).
  • Discount Rate (₩): A numeric field to enter the discount amount to be applied to the product in currency units (e.g., entering 1000 means 1000 won discount). It may be set to apply only discount rate or discount amount, or both.
  • Maximum Sales: A numeric field to set the total sales quantity limit for the product. If set to 0 or left empty, it can be sold unlimited.
  • Sale Start Date: A calendar-type input field to set the product sales start date. You can select a date by clicking the calendar icon or enter directly in "mm/dd/yyyy" format.
  • Sale End Date: A calendar-type input field to set the product sales end date. You can select a date by clicking the calendar icon or enter directly in "mm/dd/yyyy" format. If there's no sales period restriction, it can be left empty.
  • Timezone: A dropdown menu to select the reference timezone for product sales period and other time-related settings.
  • Parents applied to sale start and end times: An option to select whether to follow parent settings (upper category or events, etc.) for sales start and end times. It can be enabled/disabled through a checkbox.
  • Maximum Sales Per User: A numeric field to set the maximum quantity that one user can purchase. If set to 0 or left empty, unlimited purchase is possible.
  • 0 means unlimited: Guidance that "0" means unlimited in the maximum sales quantity and maximum purchase quantity per user fields.
  • Mark as Popular: A checkbox to select whether to mark the product as popular. If checked, it may be highlighted as a popular product in product lists, etc.

2. Purchase Limit Settings:

  • Daily Purchase Limit: A checkbox to set the maximum quantity that can be purchased per day. If checked, you can enter the corresponding quantity.

Product Registration Method:

  1. Icon Registration: Upload a product icon image using the "Drag and drop an image or click to upload" area.
  2. Game Selection: Select the game to which the product belongs from the "Select Game" dropdown menu.
  3. Status Setting: Set the initial status of the product from the "Status" dropdown menu.
  4. Product Name Entry: Enter the product name accurately in the "Product Name" field.
  5. Product Code Entry: Enter a unique product code in the "Product Code" field (auto-generated or direct input).
  6. Product Description Entry: Write detailed descriptions about the product in the "Product Description" area.
  7. Language Verification: Verify that the default language is correctly selected in the "Language" dropdown menu.
  8. Price and Currency Setting: Enter the selling price in the "Price" field and verify the currency unit in the "Currency" dropdown menu.
  9. Discount Rate or Discount Amount Setting: If necessary, enter discount information in the "Discount Rate (%)" or "Discount Rate (₩)" field.
  10. Maximum Sales Quantity Setting: Set the total sales quantity limit in the "Maximum Sales" field (leave as 0 or empty for unlimited).
  11. Sales Start and End Date Setting: Set the sales period using the "Sale Start Date" and "Sale End Date" fields (leave end date empty for unlimited).
  12. Timezone Verification: Verify that the timezone is correctly set in the "Timezone" dropdown menu.
  13. Sales Period Parent Setting Application Selection: Select the "Parents applied to sale start and end times" checkbox if necessary.
  14. Maximum Purchase Quantity Per User Setting: Set the maximum quantity purchasable per user in the "Maximum Sales Per User" field (leave as 0 or empty for unlimited).
  15. Popular Product Display Selection: Select the "Mark as Popular" checkbox if you want to mark the product as popular.
  16. Daily Purchase Limit Setting: If necessary, select the "Daily Purchase Limit" checkbox and enter the daily purchasable quantity in the appearing field.
  17. Registration Completion: After verifying that all information is entered accurately, click the "Create" button at the bottom to complete product registration.
